Under the leadership of the surveyor Frank Höller, YEXPE helps its customers to carry out safe and effective boat transactions. Our team offers a comprehensive service guaranteeing optimal results and the best experience for our clients.

YEXPE has been founded by the German Frank Höller after 30 years of private and professional yachting experience including a senior position in the prestigious Belliure shipyard, several years as a charter skipper as well as the successful start-up and management of his yacht consulting company Hollerboats, S.L.
Frank Höller is YEXPE’s principal surveyor and holds the “Practical Yacht and Small Craft Surveying Diploma” awarded by the prestigious IBTC (International Boat Training Centre, UK) and approved by the YDSA (Yacht Designer and Surveyor Association). He is qualified by the RYA (Royal Yachting Association) as a professional skipper (“Yachtmaster Offshore”) and has sailed thousands of miles in the Mediterranean, North Sea, Atlantic and Pacific.
YEXPE is member of MSA (Marine Survey Associates) and Spanish court-appointed surveyors in recreational boat valuations (PJVER).
